Who We Help

Four categories of professional introducer

Estate Agents and
Overseas Buyers

When your buyer is overseas, on foreign-currency income, or buying UK property as a non-resident, the mortgage is often the part most likely to stall the sale. We handle it.

Typical cases:
UK expat purchasing remotely from Dubai, foreign national acquiring London property, international buyer with no UK credit history.

Solicitors and
Conveyancers

When a case involves overseas residency, foreign-currency income, offshore ownership, or non-standard credit history, we have relationships with the lenders best placed to handle it.

Typical cases:
non-resident purchase, offshore or SPV acquisition, cross-border remortgage, large loan above one million pounds.

Accountants and
Tax Advisers

For clients with self-employed or multi-source income, non-dom status, international tax positions, or limited-company buy-to-let structures, the right lender is rarely a high-street one.

Typical cases:
non-dom UK mortgage, limited-company buy-to-let, entrepreneur with income across three jurisdictions.

IFAs and Wealth
Managers

For high-net-worth clients requiring substantial UK mortgage finance, private banking solutions, or asset-driven affordability rather than pure income, we have access to private banks that rarely deal with clients directly.

Typical cases:
Large London acquisition, private-bank mortgage, interest-only high-net-worth residential, HNW client refinance.

If the mainstream route is unavailable or unsuitable, we will tell you, quickly, whether we can place the case. Early conversations are always welcome; the best time to involve us is before the client has committed to a specific property or lender.

FAQ

Common questions from international clients

What types of cases do you take?

The ones mainstream lenders tend to decline or struggle to place. UK expats buying or remortgaging from abroad, foreign nationals acquiring UK property, high-net-worth clients requiring private-bank solutions, buy-to-let investors (including limited-company and portfolio structures), and self-employed or complex-income borrowers. If your usual broker has already said no, the case is often one we can take.

Our introducer fee arrangements reflect standard market practice and are flexible by case. Full terms are confirmed in writing before your first referral. Fees are paid on completion of the mortgage, and we do not expect any payment from you, the client, or the referral until the case has completed.

Within one working day of receiving the client's details. For an initial assessment of whether the case is placeable, typically within 24 to 48 hours. For complex cases involving private banks or multiple jurisdictions, occasionally longer, and we will tell you that up front so you and the client can plan accordingly.

It remains yours. We are engaged on the specific mortgage we are referred for, and we do not approach your client for services outside that engagement. If your client needs something beyond our remit, we tell them to come back to you. Reputation protection on referrals is the thing we take most seriously.

Yes. While we are based in London, we work with introducers and clients across the United Kingdom and internationally. Our remote-first model for client-facing work extends to introducer relationships. Geography is rarely a barrier to a good working arrangement.

Yes, where it is appropriate and where the client would genuinely benefit. Our clients frequently need property-search advice, conveyancing, tax planning, wealth management, or insurance. We maintain working relationships with trusted professionals in each of these areas and are open to building reciprocal arrangements with introducers whose services fit our client base.
